Thank you to everyone who has been reading this blog...
I just wanted to let you know that I'm not sure exactly what will happen to the blog this year. Our "Blogger's Corner" at 'Iolani is in a transition mode right now, and I've got new courses this coming year, so I'm not sure how much time I'm going to have.
Through my curriculum research this summer, though, I've been bumping into cool tools that I wanted to share, so I opened up a Google community for quick posts.
https://plus.google.com/u/0/communities/111997043441360899318
I'm thinking that I'll use the community for fast links and save this blog for the longer, more involved stuff. We'll see how it goes. :)
Boy, the summer went by FAST. I can't believe we're almost ready to start up again.
Hope you all are rested and relaxed and ready to go! I know I'm NOT. :P

Clipboard for Saving Multiple "Copied" Things
OK, weird title, and I was planning on taking the summer off, but I bumped into this app and couldn't resist sharing quickly.
How may times have I copied something to the clipboard to use in another app and realized that I had more than one piece of information I needed access to? Arg! This cool app runs in the background and saves a history of all the things you've copied to the clipboard.
So, in this example, I realized I had made an error in one of the text notes I posted to Showbie but I wanted to keep the text comments in the same order. It is easy to copy the contents of a note to the clipboard then delete the note, but I didn't want to lose the contents as I fussed with the note order.

With this app running in the background, each copied piece of text is saved for you...to edit, copy, save, and delete.

Not cosmic, maybe, but definitely handy! Enjoy. :)
